Kubo is sick with Pneumonia.

There. Fangirls, are you happy?  He was reported sick on Monday and idk if he is better. So for all you fangirls crying and freaking out over Byakuya like this:

So the LEAST you can do is tell him to get better. 

Plus, we ALL know that he really isn’t dead. Rukia is probably going to kill  Nodt and take him to Unohana like he did for her when she was fighting Aaroniero.
